Hi. I have a potterton performa 24. Internal fuse blows as soon as you try to turn on heating or hot water

Only a couple of things that can blow that fuse, both from a short.

Can you disconnect the fan and the pump from the plu in connector on the PCB and try running the boiler with one on at a time and see which blows the fuse.

Can't disconnect the pump without removing it. Disconnected everything else and it still blew the fuse. Does the pump run when you demand hot water. If it doesn't and the fuse still blows when hot water is asked for, would that eliminate the pump as the issue

Andrew. Do you have an answer to my last question.CheersMark

Yes, the pump will run to circulate the water through the plate heat exchanger.
