Customer Question

I have a glow worm hideaway boiler. The program controller is faulty and I have replaced with a Drayton lp711. I have also replaced the thermostat for a Drayton RTS8. Perhaps these components are not compatible with glow worm? What should I have fitted,
or have I made an error in the wiring. Timer looks to work but boiler doesn't fire up?

No hot water or heating?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Andrew, thank you for your response. I'm not a plumber or heating engineer of Amy description and had hope this site might have been able to help me.
This was the second attempt to get done advice as the earlier question just remained unanswered.
Having posted this question on the 15th I have now had a response on the 22nd having explained that the oiler doesn't fire up I'm asked if I have no hot water or heating.
Forgive me if there is a technical reason behind this but it does seem a little lame after all this time.
Apologies Andrew as I'm sure this is not an issue for you but the whole premise of this website doesn't work for me I'm afraid. Sounded like a good idea at the time.
P. S. I struggled on and resolved myself. ...A week ago.
