Customer Question

I have a British Gas 330 condensing boiler. Every time I try and fire the boiler up it cuts out and goes on to the fault setting f5. I have made sure the system is totally vented and the connections to the pump are working. Could the problem be that the
thermostat to cut out overheating could have gone?? Please advise

You are correct with F5 being overheating.

Can you confirm the pump is running and the boiler is actually restarting?
