I am trying to access the lock out reset button on my

Customer Question

I am trying to access the lock out reset button on my worcester heat slave 26/32 boiler as the lock out and power light are on at the same time and we have no hot water.
The boiler was due to be serviced on 18/10/15 and we have an engineer booked for next week. The only things that have changed is we have been on holiday for the last 10 days and we had a delivery of oil (28 second kerosene) during this time. Could this be the cause?
Is the lockout button behind the red casing?
Thank you

If you take off the front cover is it not on the under side of the control panel?
