Customer Question

WE have a dietrich heating system wall mounted which has operated perfectly since installation in 2007.
3 weeks ago (the boiler was working perfectly) we had a loss of electricity and a number of fuses had to be changed. As a result the boiler was left without power.
When all the electric work was finished everything else in the house worked except the boiler.
Electricity is reaching the boiler BUT the panel is not lit up and the boiler will not fire up
Is there a security switch which is causing the problem or is it possible that a fuse within the boiler has failed?

You will find it was the surge when the power came back on.

It will have blown the fuse in the boiler if you have changed the one in the fused spur for the heating.

There are 2 fuses, as shown here on page 29;
