Go to the wiring centre and trace the wires from the motorised valves.
Remove one orange wire at a time and then turn the power on and see if the pump is running, once the pump stops it will show you which motorised valve is faulty.
You can just replace the head but try tapping it on the side to see if it frees up.
Perhaps the pump is wired directly to the boiler (check the microswitch connection - does it have one to the pump and one to the boiler) and the boiler has an overrun that is faulty also?
