Our shower has stopped switching on and we have neither hot or cold water .The shower unit is not lit at all neither is the pull on cord showing a light

Hi. Have you checked the circuit breaker in your consumer unit (fuse board)? If its a breaker you can try to reset the switch. If its an old wired fuse you can fit new wire and replace to see if that resolves the issue. The question then to ask is why did the circuit blow? I hope this helps. Rick

I think it's the fuse that's gone but I can't find a way to get the carrier out. Will ring my electrician tomorrow. Thanks for your help
