I have a Baxi Luna 310 Fi. The boiler pressure was low

Customer Question

Hi, I have a Baxi Luna 310 Fi. The boiler pressure was low and no hot water was coming out. I increased the pressures and hot water came back for about 5 minutes. The pressure is still good, but no more hot water. No fault lights are on. Any suggestions?

If you turn off the power to the boiler and listen, do you get a click when you run the tap?

Unplugged the power and ran the hot water 3 times. Heard the water flowing, but no clicks from the unit. What does that tell you?

It tells me that the hot water flow switch is not working. This part fires up the boiler when the heating is not on.
