Hi my name is ***** ***** lets see if we can get you sorted in the shortest possible time.
Does the boiler get to the ticking stage (trying to light the gas)?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Yes it does and when it could not light the pilot light it cuts off
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
But I dont hear any ticking or spark noise
Expert:  Andrew Smith replied 2 years ago.
Does the pilot actually light and go out or not light at all?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Pilot light don't light at all
Expert:  Andrew Smith replied 2 years ago.
It could be something as simple as a blocked pilot assembly or could be a failed gas valve.
Either of these will need an expert to look at them as they are both gas related.
You should ring a couple of local people and get your best price to some and look at this for you.
