Customer Question

Hi Brian, we are fairly new to this house and there was no booklet left. Although the heating has been off for over a month 2 radiators have kept coming on. We turned one off completely yesterday and the F5 sign has come on the boiler with no hot water. Is this the connection ? Thanks Fiona

Hi my name is ***** ***** lets see if we can get you sorted in the shortest possible time.
