I have a BAXI Combi boiler installed in a condominium. I have several customers in this complex .The units are about 7years old,and some of the year round residents are complaining of loss of hot water.What's the problem here?

Total sudden loss of hot water will be the flow switch.
More likely to be a gradual loss of hot water performance and the problem to be limescale in the hot water plate heat exchanger, this is a common problem if all of them have the same fault and are of the same age.
Removal and descaling will solve this.
