Hi Rick I have a greenstar 25si boiler and the PRV triggered yesterday i reset it and repressurised the system but now both CH and DHW are intermittent. I can see the diverter valve moving but have no way of testing if the micro switch is working.Answer Summary
What does the pressure gauge do when the boiler is running?Could be a circulation problem (the pump) Can you put your hands on the pipework under the boiler and tell me if they get hot?If that is occurring then you need to check the divertor valve is working correctly, it may be a stretched diaphragm. Try running 2 taps at once and see if the boiler fires Perhaps the divertor valve is working but not the microswitch?Are you able to check?Ok, perhaps you should get someone to check this first.
