F13 is the fault code for a flue sensor fault. If that does not work it sounds like you need a new sensor.

Can you take the cover off and check the wiring to the sensor (take it off and clean the connection and put it back on again) and follow the wire back to the PCB and do the same.
If this does not clear it then check the flue is clear of leaves etc.
If that does not work it sounds like you need a new sensor.
