These units have a built in anti-frost setting into the pcb board.

If the system pump is contiuously running then it has gone into frost protection which means the pump will run to prevent it from freezing up. So lets say it was extremely cold in your home and the water within your boiler was starting to freeze, it would fire the pump up to move the water (moving water freezes much slower than standing water). So this safety feature was triggered on your system for some reason. Either it has failed (most likely because it has not shut down) or the boiler was near freezing...

I cannot honestly say that there is a reset feature for the freeze protection as it is typically done by a thermostat built into the unit.

5. - Anti-frost Device
The boiler is equipped with a device that automatically lights the main burner
when the temperature in the delivery line to the system drops below 5°C. The
boiler will continue to operate until the temperature in question reaches about
58°C.
This device is activated on a properly operating boiler if:
- the system pressure is between the acceptable values;
- the power supply to the unit is on;
- the unit is supplied with gas.
This feature is enabled also when the boiler is in summer operating mode.
Unfortunately it appears that it is built into the PCB board and not a piece that can be repaired or replaced. In the spares list it does not show a replaceable item.
