VerifiedHi I am Rick, UK Plumber, and I specialize on Boiler problems, if it is working but noisy leave it alone, when it stops working is the time to worry, any old boiler has the capacity to go on for years all the modern stuff is full of electronics that fail and cost loads to repair, they just want to sell you a boiler at great profit to themselves, Rick
there are not too many parts on this boiler that should need replacing, most stuff is pretty standard thermocouples, gas valve, pilot assembly all should be readily available, of course it is easy for a fitter to say parts are no longer around and sell you a new boiler, but in reality most parts are still available first source would be your local heating suppliers with a spares department, (Plumb Centre, Graham's, PTS etc)if you have difficulty then there are many on-line that specialise in purchasing redundant stock, so the short answer is yes spares are available, Rick
