Verifiedi could be wrong but there are some potterton models that are activated by an air switch. look for a small tube some are clear some are blue some are red. remove the tube and clean any debris out. it pulls air through the tube to activate the switch but if there is debris the boiler won't start. let me know how that goes. canuck
