VerifiedThis is a common error code right now because of the cold weather. Most of the time the problem has been a frozen condensate line that keeps the unit from draining properly.
Make sure that the condensate line (and boiler) is in an area that is above freezing. The condensate line cannot terminate outside or it will freeze. the same error will occur if there is a blockage in the drain. removing debris will repair if that is the issue. thank you so much for using justanswer! canuck

Check gas supply pressure, power supply, igniter electrode and lead, ionisation sensing electrode and lead, flue duct and CO2 leve check the air vent near the top of the pump to ensure it is not closed. this would be inside the front cover on the right hand side - just under the combustion chamber, behind the pressure gauge. looks like the cap off a toothpaste tube. it will release any air that is trapped in the pump or adjacent pipework.
