I have a glowworm 24cxi...

I have a glowworm 24cxi boiler.
I had an f13 fault on the display for a while now I have nothing on the display.
When I switch it on it makes a noise, clicks and then nothing.
have you any idea what the problem may be

Hi my name is ***** ***** lets see if we can get you sorted in the shortest possible time.
F13 is the main PCB in fault mode. Are you able to drop the control panel forward, turn the power off and take the back cover off and check every electrical connection by taking it off cleaning it and replacing it.
Let me know what happens.

Since I submitted my Question the boiler has started to work again.

the display flickered for a while the the boiler started to work again it did this last week to so the problem can't be a bad one (I don't Think)

I think this problem will be a repeating one until I get it fixed

Does this give you any more clues as to whats wrong

It is either the pcb or a bad connection to the pcb. Bad connections don't usually come and go.
Perhaps you should try and locate a pcb so you are aware of the financial implications.

OK!

the boiler is still working fine.

I have since been told that the PCB or one of the connecters may have got damp.

Is this a possibility?
