VerifiedHi I am Rick, UK Plumber, and I specialize on Boiler problems, almost certainly the pump, remove the large screw in the end and insert a small screwdriver, you should be able to feel it spinning if not give it a spin clockwise, if it continues all well and good, if it stops then the pump has failed, if however it is spinning then to be sure you need to de pressure the boiler and remove the pump head (4 hex screws) and check that the impeller is still attached to the shaft, if not a new pump will be needed, Rick
