Hi my name is***** have been in the Plumbing & Heating trade for approximately 15 years, lets see if i can help. So the fan spins, when you turn it on, or it doesn't turn on at all? Has the pump been cleaned? What has your local engineer said I dont quite understand why he hasn't suggested what the fault is. When water enters the system and seizes the pump its very rare that a clean will suffice you normally require a new pump, you will definitely need a new nozzle then depending on my first question is to whether you have other problems as the strain can sometimes cause motor damage. Have you pressed the red lockout button even though there is no light? sorry for all the questions, but i need to get a picture of what has been done and what the actual problem is.
