Hi, I have a Worcester Greenstar 30CDi boiler controlled by a Drayton LP722.
The boiler has become increasingly temperamental over the past week. I have hot water from the tap now (although I couldn't manage to get hot water a couple of days ago) and now the heating will not come on.
The blue light is on (not flashing to indicate a fault) but nothing happens after that. If I try to 'Reset', it sounds like it is trying to start up but then 'gives up' after a few seconds. I noticed that the pressure had dropped to zero so I successfully followed the video on the Worcester website and managed to refill so it went back to the recommended 1.5. 2 hours later and still at 1.5 but still not working. The controller seems OK, lights on for both HW and CH and clock OK, although we did suffer a power cut about 2 weeks ago (may be a coincidence though).

Hi Rick, it starts for a few seconds then stops.

OK this can be a little tricky to sort on here, if the fan runs and gets to the next stage (ignition) and then does not light, it should lock out on "flame failure" it appears not to be doing this so either the fan speed sensor has failed so the system assumes the fan is not running, or the spark system has failed, if the fan speed was too low you should get C6 fault, if it is not sparking this may not produce a fault code, if it sparks and does not light 5 times then it will lock out, so on balance it would point to spark fail, but this is not conclusive, I am having connection problems this morning so I will try to get on if possible, Rick
