VerifiedHi my name is XXXXX XXXXX lets see if we can get you sorted in the shortest possible time. The motorised valve feeds the side of the cylinder through a coil - it is not directly connected to the cylinder. The pressure come from the tank and through the cylinder. How did you check the cold feed to the cylinder?
The bottom of you cylinder could be lime scaled. The first thing I would do is turn off the supply to the tank, drain the cylinder with a hose pipe and then once empty disconnect the connection to the bottom of the cylinder and see if it is restricted. If not, then while it is drained down check the one at the top of the cylinder.
