VerifiedHi I am Rick, UK Plumber, an I specialise on boiler problems, the Orion is a heat only boiler so you will have a hot water cylinder and usually near by will be one or two motor valves on the pipes, theses control your heating and hot water, if you have one it will have three pipes going to it, but I suspect you have two, if you look at the one that is on the pipe that goes into the side of the cylinder, this will be the hot water one I expect it is not working or seized, Rick
If you are going to replace it use a Honeywell they are far better, Rick
