VerifiedHi I am Rick, UK Plumber, you almost certainly have an air lock in the pipes, if you have a wet vac it can work to suck the water through via the hose outlet,(not the hose) use a rag to fill the gap and turn the shower on then the vac it should suck it through and get the pump going, keep the electric part of the wet vac safe from water it may splash a bit, if no wet vac look for bleed points on the pipe high points, Rick
