VerifiedHi, your boiler has a built in expansion vessel, if it has failed and you have no evidence of leaks anywhere then you will be needing to regularly top up, what is happening is the water is going out of the pressure relief valve (outside), to replace the vessel, big boiler strip plus expensive part, better to put a new one onto the pipe work, vessel cost approx £30 depending on the size of your system plus Labor, couple of hours or so, Regards Rick
