I've been released on bail while th. Uk. I've been released
I've been released on bail with conditions of not contacting my wife. I was interviewed and in her statement she has gone back 3 yrs saying I've assaulted her. On somethings I admitted but on any physical contact e.g. pulling hair, dragging of bed, kicking in the ribs i wouldnt admit to as these actions have never occured. 3 weeks ago we had a argument where i lost my temper and said i would kill us all then all this pain and stress would be over because we had seperated and i was really struggling with the hurt. She recorded me sating this sent it to the police. When i go back for my bail in 2 weeks will i be charged? Will i be sent to court? Will i go to prison? Im very worried about the outcome I've admitted guilt on most things but most definitely not on causing her physical arm because I never have but the officer who interviewed me said why would she make it up? Virtually saying I was lying. Very very stressed about this situation … read more
