If a person had their phone and phone conversations

thanks for replying. no im just talking theoretically for interest and knowledge improvement because the English law seems very unclear on these matters. no prosecution or even police has attempted to collect evidence from the person or his/her house or even asked any questions since the last event occurred almost a year ago. but the people hacking him/her are threatening to take legal action for him/her posting hurtful comments on their social media page such as twitter,my space,facebook,youtube etc and saying they can use the hacked data they stole for evidence which is in the public interest to listen to such as texts,and illegally recorded phone conversations. They are saying posting hurtful comments like your a piece of shit,your ugly ,your rubbish at your job,you will never be successful,im amazing at having sex with women and make them scream in bed and i cum on their face and mouth and no more need for abuse i wanted to make you suffer and cry , then apologizing and saying they only said everything as a joke is abuse and in the public interest to prosecute. they are also saying that even though they are recording he/she 24/7 and stalking them everyday through hacking the illegally collected evidence can still be admissible in court. and they also say they can just wait as long as they want to prosecute so they decide to continue to torment he/she by hacking them and manipulating his computer searches to people going to prison and trying to embarrass he/she by sharing their stolen information to family/old friends / acquaintances and people he/she used to know. they're basically saying they can do what they want and because of what he/she said in the stolen illegally recorded phone calls and conversations there is nothing he/she can do.the people who stole the information and hacked he/she are threatening to prosecute

thanks i thought so i don't see how nasty comments against someone could be a criminal offence especially when they consented to it by their interaction. And i didn't know the way the hackers stole the information was a criminal offence i always thought it was civil case (you are going based on English law right) no there was no threats of violence through social media however the person being hacked said death threats by speaking by their computer because they were pissed of that their privacy had been violated. before i go and give you your rating please can you explain how the way they hacked made it a criminal offence and why the hacked data cant be used to help their case? thank youoh and also one last thing does the length of time gone by since a cyber crime was committed reduce the strength of a case for a cyber bullying offence for example if it happened almost one year ago since someone posted hurtful comments on someones social media page thanks again.
