I do have a common assault years ago theft of diesel nothing to serious
Customer reply replied 4 months ago
Thanks for the help
Customer reply replied 4 months ago
I got community order tht I completed for the assault but I litteraly just rubbed against him by accident
Solicitor: Jo C., Barrister replied 4 months ago

Presuming you are sentenced on your version of events, I would expect a low level community order.

This is an assault upon a person acting in the course of their duty which is an aggravating feature obviously.

However, it is not the worst assault and you have fairly limited antecedence.

It is too serious for a fine but not serious enough for custody.

There will probably be costs of £85 but I can't imagine compensation.

Can I clarify anything for you?
