From 1979 until 2003, we had a Mortgagew with Western Trust

Customer Question

From 1979 until 2003, we had a Mortgagew with Western Trust & Savings. I believe that they charged PPI on the account, but as the legal status now seems to be "dissolved" can I reclaim PPI?
JA: Since estate law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: It is in the UK
JA: What action has been taken so far? What's your ideal outcome?
Customer: None , a repalyment of £10,000 would be nice!
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: The account was heavily in arrears for siome time
