JA: Hello. What is your issue regarding?
Customer: Natwest has blocked my current and savings account
JA: Are you in the UK or are you in the States?
Customer: UK
JA: What action has been taken so far? What's your ideal outcome?
Customer: I have called them numerous time to find out why they have blocked my account i have raised a complaint online i went to a branch but they called the police on me because I refused to leave they were not willing to give me any information
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have just received a letter from the complaints team telling me they have frozen my accounts and that they are not obliged to disclose the reason why that have taken such actions.
