My friend with the in heritance that he would like to transfer from Allied Irish Bank. at this time he has all the necessary clearances but now the bank are demanding a 2.2% transfer fee to have his name on the account. I am afraid that my answer remains the same.

There is an ongoing scam here

There is no money waiting to be sent - IF any fee was payable it would be deducted from the funds already held by the Bank

I am sorry - this is undoubtedly a scam
