Customer Question

I was about to send £5000 to Eze group/Eze leisure/regencyShores. I have signed a contract and paid £1000 by credit card. Can I not pay the £5000 as I was not in a position to investigate them whilst in their offices.

Have they actually failed to provide the service promised or have you simply changed your mind?

Where is the company based?

What were you buying from them?

Have you filed a Section 75 claim with the Credit Card company?

Could you explain the situation in detail please and what it is that you want to know about this?
