With regards ***** ***** last question regarding car i bought and seller saying i had underpaid by £50 he has now sent a message saying he is reporting the car as stolen even though I have paid him and have sent off log book in my name. I dont want police.turning up and taking car away as I.need it for work and have already sold my old one

As I have said, the police will have no interest.

It is not stolen. You are the registered keeper.

This is just a dispute over the price. He has to sue in the normal way.
