Married 51 years Can my wife's doctor withhold any information

Customer Question

married 51 years Can my wife's doctor withhold any information from me with regard to medication prescribed which I have always claimed that it is for a condition she does not have?

Let me see if I can help and please rate positive. Your wife's doctor is specifically prohibited from providing you with any information about your wife or her medication without your wife's approval. For the doctor to give such information would be a breach of her right to confidentiality. Happy to answer and questions arising but please rate positive.
