Customer Question

Hi, my partner was charged with domestic violence, there were injuries caused a and 3 children in bed upstairs. He has bail conditions not to contact me or come to the house. He has a court date. If he pleads guilty what do you think the sentence would be. Also, if he pleads not guilty and it goes to trial what would happen. I have said I will not attend court to give evidence or statement.
