I have a disciplinary hearing because I was off sick days,

Customer Question

I have a disciplinary hearing because I was off sick for 6 days, self certified a sick note and have refused to give medical evidence or doctors names or contacts (apart from having a plaster on my broken arm). I told them the reasons how I had the accident (I genuinely fractured my arm but they think I faked it) Do I have to supply any formal medical information at the meeting?

Why don't you want to supply a medical note?
