Hi,I have been charged in the magistrate court for double assault on my wife.she reported me that I head but,spit,insulted her a wore, vowed to hurt her with African magic,pulled her hair and been controlling her for the past 4 years of marriage.she attacked me on november 2 after discovering that she has been cheating on the process of self defence or avoiding her punches she my finger prints were on her neck and my nails pinched her on her left hand where she had a big bruise.she attacked me again at the beginning of this month where she had a black eye and a bruise on her face.i was released on bail with a condition not to contact her .on my bail document is it written assault ×2.i dont know if this falls under abh or gbh.its my first conviction.i have never been arrested before by the police.what are my chances bcos i didnt plead guilty of which am sincerely not. on my bail document the charge is written as
