My nephew has been attacked 3 times whilst located in hmp

Customer Question

My nephew has been attacked 3 times whilst located in hmp Swinfen Hall. He is confined to his cell for his protection but an inmate barged in & punched him in the face. It is my firm belief that the Prison Service have failed in their Duty of Care. I would add that he had no issue with staff or inmates at hmp Moorland

How can I help with this please?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I need to know what steps he can take against hm prison service regarding their Duty of Care failings
Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.

On what basis?

What is the failing specifically?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The fact that they have allowed the attacks to occur

Sorry for the delay. This dropped off my question list for some reason.

In what way have they allowed it? Which security measure has failed? Obviously no security measure can prevent everything and if it he is cat c or b then the security measures are not the worst anyway.
