My conviction is not spent until January 30th 2016 is there any way I can get the conviction spent earlier as it is stopping me from getting driving insurance and I cannot do my job

I'm not sure I can really give you positive news.

If it is just that nobody will insure you then I'm afraid that is a position they are free to take. You can obviously shop around on sites that are designed to drive down the prices but it is fair to say that some people just cannot find insurance.

There is no way of forcing them to insure I'm afraid.

I'm very sorry but I have to give you truthful inforamtion.

Can I clarify anything for you?

If this is a Magistrates Court conviction then you will be out of time now. In any event, it would not be heard before the end of January.

If it is a Crown Court convition then you are out of time but you also have to show grounds
