The will section is written as Absolutely residuary gift heading then a) subject as above my executors shall hold my estate for my said grandson Paul Anthony berry absolutely if he shall survive me by 28 days then in section b) subject as above my executors shall hold my estate for my said grandson glen James berry absolutely. I have been led to believe that this was written as glen James berry will hold the estate absolutely if paul berry had not survived by 28 days. Please can you help?
