Thank you for your question

My name is ***** ***** I shall do my best to help you.

If you are living in the Uk for more than six months then the UK divorce laws will indeed apply in the event that your marriage ends and a Petition is filed

How can i secure myself from the uk law .I have been divorced before and had too split 50/50

The only option would be a Post Nuptial agreement setting out what you and your wife agree should happen in the event of a divorce
