VerifiedI rather think that there is quite a lot he can do under these circumstances. He needs to make an application to the court for a child arrangement order and also a prohibitive steps order to prevent her from moving. The child arrangement order would be for both children to live with him - the courts would be very very reluctant to allow the splitting of the two children if they have a good relationship. Happy to discuss but please rate positive.
