if a person sighns an affidavit and it is witnessed by a solicitor in a solicitors office and on the bases of what that person was told and that person did not offer an affidavit, and the document was already drawn up and that person was unable to read which has been prooven by a qolifide person, nor was that person advised and to date, it appears that there is no evidence that the said document was accompanied by any further information and that was in late 1995 therefore, is that said affidavit lawfully binding upon that person to date ?
