Madam. I am the claimant in a civil case. The defendant

Customer Question

Dear Sir/madam. I am the claimant in a civil case. The defendant is a large energy company. The defendant issued a counterclaim with its defense for a sum of money, which is disputed. The defendant being an Energy company has decided to apply for a warrant to fit a prepayment meter to begin collection of its counterclaim, despite the case having not yet been heard. I am meanwhile forced to attend the warrant application hearing.
Q. How does this impact the case in terms of what action should be taken.?
