a solicitor lied to acourt telling the court ihad not returnd court documents wen in fact he received them on 7 may 2015 by recorded delivery signed for he also lied to the court about the amount of money owed to accompany when we had a payment plan in place which would would result in the dept being cleard by end july 2015 I now have a ccj because of this solicitors actions the company who iarranged the payment plan with have admitted I do not owe the amount which the solicitor has claimed to the court
