I would like to know what future implications are when convicted for a non-molestation order and given a fine?

Thanks for your question. Please remember to rate once you get my answer.
Are there children involved in the relationship between you and the person who has taken out the non molestation?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

No, there are no children involved.

i am the person who has taken out the injunction and my ex partner breached it and was fined £700 upon conviction. I would like to know if there are any future implications on him other than the £700 fine?

Thank you

Thank you for that. Other than him paying the fine there are not any other real implications. If the order is still in existence then another breach may well put him in prison. But he does not have to mention the order if applying for jobs etc.
I hope that this helps
