I have 2 endowments that have mature and are in joint names

Customer Question

I have 2 endowments that have mature and are in joint names with an ex girlfriend. The insurance company have now contacted her and the reply from them was that the policy was now in dispute. I have paid all the payments on both policies. We split 20 years ago, she only lived in the house for possibly 3 years. The insurance company paid me out a special payment on both polices a few years back on my name only, now they won`t pay full amount to me because she must have indicated she wants a payment.
