My autistic grandson(10) accessed my on-line betting account

Customer Question

My autistic grandson(10) accessed my on-line betting account with Bet 365 without my authority or permission losing 3300 from my account in the process. Bet 365 will not refund my money citing their terms and conditions. I consider their terms to be unfair.

Thank you for your question. My name is ***** ***** I will try to help with this.
I am really sorry but if he had your password ***** username then they are not liable. Their systems have not failed.
I wish there was something positive I could say but if he gained access because he guessed your password ***** username or you had it saved on the computer then Bet 365 are not liable. If their security measures had failed then that would be different.
In terms of unfair terms, I'm afraid that does not assist you here. This is just a simple case of them saying that you are liable for any activity on your account which does not offend against UCTA I'm afraid.
I'm very sorry.
Can I clarify anything for you?
