i gave a negative because i dont feel you are giving me full information, i have asked what a pcmh is and you have not really told me much, i could get that info from online recourses.

you have to understand this is a serious case and it is wrong, the cps dont discuss it with me and clearly his defense cant so im going out of my mind .

where they can see text messages of myself and my mother telling her quite clearly i have not been raped,

there is internet searches where i have searched i have not been raped why are they conitinuing this?

there is also whatsapp messages from the other guy where im clearlly telling him i wasnt raped.

there is recorded eveidence of the other man hearing me saying i was not raped and him telling me to continue with the case anyway his his a @@@@@ and deserves to be put in prison.

there is a telephone call i made to my partner whilst in prison that i made and it rang and i had presumed that he had been released and within that messages me telling him im glad they have seen the truth and released you that he would never hurt me like that and that he doesnt have to with a wink and me telling him i love him,

the cps are yet to be given all of this information from the police.

some more information to consider, when i reluctantly done the abe interview there was an officer present in the back room who cureently has an on going civil case against myself, which also made me feel i could not be as open and honest in the video of mine and my partners relationship and the continuence of it.

can his solictor ask charge to be dropped and dismissed?
