I'm really sorry but there isn't anything you can do to remove the ban. A supermarket is a private establishment and they can revoke your invitation to attend for any reason they like unless it literally offends against equal opportunities legislation. Even if they have formed an incorrect view that you are a thief they are free to act upon it.
They use the photograph to pass it between different store detectives and their own staff. Its just a means of identifying you if you return.
